Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Benefits) to support a large scale HCM Cloud implementation for a New York based customer. This role will focus primarily on Benefits module configuration, analysis, and delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, HR/Benefits teams, and technical partners. Responsibilities - Lead functional activities for Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits implementation. - Partner with the Benefits business team to gather requirements, validate business processes, and translate them into system configurations. - Configure, test, and deploy Benefits setups, including program and plan configuration, rates, eligibility profiles, life events, and enrollment flows. - Support integration teams with data mapping, file layouts, and validations. - Perform end to end testing: unit, regression, UAT, and parallel testing. - Troubleshoot functional issues, analyze system defects, and provide effective resolutions. - Prepare documentation including BRDs, functional specs, configuration workbooks, and test scripts. Requirements - 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant. - Strong hands on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Benefits module. - Proven experience implementing Benefits for enterprise clients (configuration + rollout). - Deep understanding of Benefits setups: programs, plans, options, life events, eligibility, rates, and enrollment rules.
