Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute end-to-end implementation projects for oracle hcm cloud solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on best practices for hcm processes and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful integration of oracle hcm cloud with other systems.
• Conduct training sessions for end users and assist in post implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and oracle hcm cloud updates to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skill Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of oracle hcm cloud modules such as core hr, absence management, compensation, talent management, and payroll.
• Strong understanding of hcm processes and best practices to drive effective solution implementations.
• Proficient in oracle hcm cloud configurations, data migration, and system integrations.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex hcm challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
Certifications:
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
