Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.As an Oracle Team Lead you will:Lead the end-to-end technical architecture, design, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across Finance, Procurement, and FAHOversee development of RICEW components including integrations, reports, extensions, conversions, and workflowsArchitect and guide integration design using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including REST/SOAP APIs, scheduled jobs, app-driven flows, and file-based integrationsOwn the architecture, design, and governance of data pipelines leveraging Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)Review and approve technical design specifications, integration maps, FBDI/ADFDI logic, and solution architecture diagramsLead performance tuning, error-handling framework design, logging strategies, and technical optimization across OIC, ADW, and Oracle Fusion layersDirect troubleshooting of complex technical issues across integrations, OIC flows, ADW pipelines, BI reports, and financial data transformationsCollaborate with functional leads to translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and supportable technical solutionsGuide and mentor offshore technical teams, assign development tasks, and ensure delivery quality and adherence to technical standardsPerform technical readiness analysis for quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and coordinate regression testing and remediation activitiesOversee technical aspects of data migration including mapping logic, data validation, reconciliation, and cutover automationPrepare and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, migration scripts, deployment runbooks, and knowledge transfer materialsSupport cutover execution, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare to ensure stability and performance of all technical componentsYour Future at KyndrylEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career, from Junior Administrator to Architect. Those who believe they are eligible may apply for a medical or religious accommodation prior to the start of employment.Who You AreRequired Skills, Experience and Circumstances:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field15+ years of overall Oracle ERP experience7–10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud technical leadership experienceStrong hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP web services, secure integrations, and connection managementDeep experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) including data pipelines and performance optimizationStrong background building and reviewing FBDI and ADFDI processes, BI Publisher reports, OTBI models, and custom extensionsSolid understanding of Oracle Fusion data models and technical touchpoints across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, SSP, PPM, and FAHStrong SQL/PLSQL, JSON, XML, and XSLT skills with ability to resolve complex integration and data issuesProven experience leading technical teams, reviewing code, enforcing standards, and delivering large-scale ERP programsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control tools, automated deployments, and secure coding practicesExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Skills and Experience:Preferred certifications include Oracle OIC Cloud Professional and Oracle BI certificationsThe compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -$138,480to$263,160based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:California (San Francisco Bay Area):$166,200to$315,720 California (All Other):$152,400to$289,440 Colorado: $138,480to$263,160 Massachusetts$138,480to$289,440 New York City: $166,200to$315,720 Washington: $152,400to$289,440 Washington DC:$152,400to$289,440 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
