Oracle Fusion Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects across HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Act as a liaison between client leadership and implementation teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, manage issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP across modules such as HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to manage complex ERP implementations or upgrades in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
Preferred Experience:
• Previous experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes in HR, Finance, and Procurement.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Pay: $61.02 - $71.44 per hour
