Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant 100% Remote Job Summary We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with strong technical expertise to support the design, development, customization, and integration of Oracle Fusion HCM applications. The role involves working closely with functional teams to deliver efficient and scalable HCM solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Oracle Fusion HCM technical components Design and develop reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HDL extracts Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP web services Support data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loader (SDL) Create and manage Fast Formulas, approval rules, and workflows Perform technical troubleshooting and resolve production issues Support system upgrades, patches, and regression testing Collaborate with functional consultants and business users Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Hands-on knowledge of BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and REST/SOAP APIs Experience with Fast Formulas and security roles Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware and SQL Functional Exposure Basic understanding of HCM modules such as: Core HR Payroll OTL Absence Management Talent Management Soft Skills Good communication and documentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience & Education 4–8 years of overall IT experience 3+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Technical experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent Preferred / Nice to Have Oracle Fusion HCM certification Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) Exposure to Agile or support projects Apply tot his job
