LOCATION: About The Position We’re looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud Developer with strong skills in Oracle APEX and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to build innovative, scalable solutions that extend Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities. The Oracle Fusion Cloud Developer is a critical role in supporting our global Oracle ERP Cloud solution. The position will work closely with other technical / functional team members, the solutions architect and business stakeholders in ensuring that there are proper technical designs and well executed support for all objects. Key Activities & Responsibilities • Develop custom user interfaces, dashboards, and apps using APEX and VBCS. • Integrate Fusion Cloud with external systems via REST APIs, SOAP services, BI Publisher extracts, and FBDI templates. • Develop integrations using OIC (REST, SOAP, Scheduled, File-Based, Event-Driven) • Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor OIC dashboards, and optimize performance. • Ensure secure and scalable solutions using OCI, OAuth, certificates, and API best practices. • Collaborate with business/project teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions Key Deliverables • APEX Applications: Fully functional apps with dashboards, forms, and reports. • VBCS Apps: Responsive web/mobile apps integrated with Oracle Cloud data. • SQL/PLSQL Packages: Scripts for data manipulation, validations, and business logic. • REST Data Sources: Configured APEX REST integrations with Fusion endpoints. • VBCS Business Objects: Defined objects with relationships and data mappings. • OIC Integrations: (REST/SOAP-based flows / Scheduled jobs / File-based integrations (FBDI) / Event-driven triggers) • Integration Design Documents: Mapping specs, error handling strategy. To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are: • A BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent and/or combination of training and experience as deemed sufficient by management. • 7+ years of experience as a Oracle Fusion Cloud Developer. • 5+ years of Oracle Cloud Fusion hands-on experience in APEX and VBCS. • 7+ years of building integrations using Oracle OIC • Experience building Analysis and BI Publisher reports is a plus. • Working knowledge of SQL is required • Flexible and adaptable in prioritizing workloads, coping with pressures, deadlines, and rapidly changing situations. • Strong communication skills • Creative thinker, results-oriented, analytical mindset, and a focused problem-solver. • Oracle Certifications in APEX or VBCS are a plus • Experience working with DevOps in Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Azure • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time. WORK ENVIRONMENT Office While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to risk of injury in an office environment and occasionally a manufacturing shop plant environment. Duties include a typical office setting including extensive computer work, sitting or standing.
