Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant -- Atlanta, GA (Remote) - E-Solutions - USA - work from home job Company: E-Solutions Job description: Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant Work location: Atlanta, GA (Remote) - Should be open for travel to work location for meeting purpose whenever required. Skills Description: Key Responsibilities: • Analyze business requirements and design Oracle SCM solutions that meet the customer's needs • Configure Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management, Distribution Planning etc.) to meet business requirements • Monitor the performance of Oracle SCM Cloud applications and databases, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and performance issues. • Troubleshooting and monitoring in the cloud environment for cloud processes, application behavior, concerns with data raised by our business team • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Oracle SCM Cloud applications, working closely with support teams and Oracle support as needed. • Provide technical support to end-users, assisting them in resolving functional and technical problems. • Develop customizations, extensions, and integrations as required • Conduct testing to ensure the solution meets business requirements and is free from defects • Provide end-user training and support for Oracle SCM applications • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams to deliver solutions • Document business processes and system configurations • Keep up-to-date with the latest Oracle SCM Cloud and On-Premise features and functionality, and provide recommendations on how to leverage them to improve business processes • Prior knowledge in either of the Supply chain , Demand management , Distribution planning modules is mandatory. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • At least 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Management modules. 1-2 year experience in SCM cloud is mandatory. • Strong understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud and On-Premise modules and their integration with other Oracle modules such as Financials and Manufacturing • Hands-on experience in configuring Oracle SCM modules, developing customizations, extensions, and integrations • Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud implementation is highly desirable • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet project deadlines • Oracle SCM Cloud or On-Premise certification is a plus.
