Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Functional Consultant to join our team and support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle EPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of financial processes and deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS), and/or Narrative Reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle EPM solutions.Design and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals.Configure and support Oracle modules including Planning & Budgeting (EPBCS), FCCS, PCMCS, and others.Develop data integration strategies using Data Management (DM) and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Assist in chart of accounts design, metadata management, and business rule development.Create and execute test plans (unit testing, system integration testing, UAT).Deliver user training and create supporting documentation.Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and data integrations.Stay up to date with Oracle EPM Cloud updates and new feature rollouts.Required QualificationsBachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.3 7+ years of hands-on experience as a functional consultant with Oracle EPM (Cloud or Hyperion).Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud modules (e.g., EPBCS, FCCS).Strong understanding of FP&A processes, financial close, and reporting requirements.Knowledge of Smart View, Excel-based reporting, and EPM Automate.Familiarity with data integration tools and methods (e.g., Data Management, FDMEE, OIC).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsOracle EPM Cloud certification(s).Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, NetSuite) and their integration with EPM.Knowledge of scripting (Groovy/Calculation Manager) for business rules and automation.Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
