Job Title: Oracle EPM Consultant -ARCS Location: Remote Work Duration: 6 Months+ Job Description: • We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate: • Advanced expertise in Oracle ARCS and FCCS implementations, including comprehensive integration experience with FDMEE and Data Exchange • Proven proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud suite, specifically PBCS, EPBCS, and EDMCS platforms • Execute application support activities to resolve issues, incidents, or problems reported by customers, prioritizing them based on their severity level. • Perform maintenance and administration tasks for Oracle EPM products. • Participate in internal projects as required. • Develop action plans and provide effort estimation analyses when necessary. • Document solutions and outcomes from research activities for publication. • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation. • Regularly update tickets with detailed descriptions of actions taken and potential measures. Skill Sets: • ARCS - High skills mandatory. • FCCS Technical Proficiency: • Deliver enterprise-level support for Oracle EPM Cloud platforms (ARCS, FCCS) • Manage integration frameworks (FDMEE, Data Exchange, EDMCS) • Optimize EPM Cloud environments for performance and reliability Development & Automation: • Create and maintain automation scripts (Batch/Python) • Develop custom solutions aligned with client requirements • Implement system integrations and data workflows Client Success: • Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues • Conduct training and create documentation • Provide strategic guidance on EPM solutions • Ensure deliverables align with client methodologies and client objectives Professional Growth: • Maintain expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud developments • Apply industry best practices and emerging technologies • Demonstrate technical leadership in client engagements Quality Assurance: • Ensure solutions meet established quality standards • Document processes and technical specifications To qualify for the role, candidate must have: • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Hyperion Consultant with a strong background in Oracle EPM Cloud ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, FDMEE, and Data Exchange. • Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud PBCS and EPBCS is a plus. • Basic skills in Batch/Python scripting. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. • Experience in a support/assistance role is preferred.
