JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for an Oracle EBS Architect in the Northeast. This person will provide end-to-end architecture leadership for Oracle EBS across finance, supply chain, HR, and other business domains. This person will ensure stability, performance, and scalability of the EBS environment through proactive maintenance and optimization. They will lead architectural reviews to evaluate EBS functionality, customizations, and integration points. Develop and articulate a strategic roadmap for transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including cost-benefit analysis, business impact, and migration readiness. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business units, and vendors to align technical strategies with enterprise goals. Guide governance, data architecture, and system design principles for ERP initiatives. Manage standards, documentation, and compliance across environments. Stay current on Oracle releases, security patches, and best practices. They will be creating designs for their system/data integrations and customizations within their E-Business Suite system. This person will be following the Oracle Unified Method (OUM) to analyze change and create technical designs. They will be working with Business Analysts and Developers to translate technical requirements for system upgrades and customizations across multiple business units including Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement and HR. For documentation, they will be utilizing Jira, Confluence and Slack.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience as architect with Oracle E-Business Suite, including recent release versions. Background in ERP transformation, architectural design, and multi-system integrations in a highly customized environment
Oracle Unified Method (OUM)
Knowledge Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills to engage with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and migration strategies.
Oracle certification in EBS or Fusion Cloud
Experience with hybrid ERP environments and integration tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA). Exposure to SaaS adoption strategy
