Job Overview:
ā¢ Seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 10+ years of expertise in Agile delivery, digital transformation, and enterprise application development
ā¢ Strong exposure to PLM and CPQ systems required
ā¢ Proven experience in scaling Agile practices across distributed teams
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Lead Agile delivery for enterprise applications, including PLM and CPQ platforms
ā¢ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
ā¢ Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs and define user stories
ā¢ Align deliverables with business objectives
ā¢ Drive Agile transformation using frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
ā¢ Manage cross-team dependencies and mitigate risks proactively
ā¢ Track and improve team performance metrics (velocity, sprint predictability, on-time delivery)
ā¢ Ensure stakeholder alignment through regular communication, demos, and reporting
ā¢ Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
ā¢ Identify and remove impediments to improve team productivity and efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
ā¢ 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery and Scrum Master roles
ā¢ Strong expertise in Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
ā¢ Hands-on experience with tools: Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Miro
ā¢ Experience working with enterprise systems like PLM and CPQ
ā¢ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
ā¢ Proven ability to improve delivery timelines and team velocity
ā¢ Experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and release planning
ā¢ Knowledge of risk management and project governance
ā¢ Basic understanding of SQL, data analysis, and UAT processes
Preferred Experience:
ā¢ Experience in domains such as financial services and healthcare
ā¢ Background in Business Analysis or cross-functional roles
ā¢ Exposure to large-scale Agile transformations and distributed team environments
