Oracle Cloud Technical Lead - FULL TIME - REMOTE
Join our customer, a Fortune 500 industry leader, as an Oracle Technical Lead Developer. In this pivotal role, you will manage and support existing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments while driving initiatives for Oracle Cloud Transformation projects. You ll be instrumental in designing and implementing solutions that ensure scalability, high availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with expertise in Oracle integrations and architecture, capable of translating business goals into technical designs and leading complex implementations in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional and cross-technology solution design discussions.
• Develop and review integration strategies and technical specifications ensuring alignment with the overall ERP solution.
• Provide strong hands-on expertise in OIC & PaaS, OTBI, BI Publisher reports/integrations, Approval Workflows, and Fast Formulas.
• Define solution footprints for proposals, discovery sessions, and working engagements.
• Partner with project managers to scope requirements, estimate resources, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop project plans that consider risks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Qualifications & Skills
• 8 10 years experience developing solutions with Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OICS), and Oracle PaaS.
• Experience on at least 1 2 Oracle Cloud or Multi-Pillar projects.
• Expertise integrating with Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Proven ability to design Oracle Cloud solutions, including integrations with complementary vendors.
• Knowledge of Cloud Configuration and implementation in global/international environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Two or more active Oracle Cloud Certifications, including Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Willingness to travel for key project events.
