What You’ll Be Doing • Lead and support end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Project Financials, with a focus on Grants Management, Project Costing, and Billing • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements related to project and grant accounting processes • Configure Oracle Cloud modules to support funding allocations, budget controls, project lifecycle management, and grant compliance reporting • Customize and deploy project structures, expenditure types, and funding sources based on client-specific needs • Provide guidance on integrating project financials with core modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Receivables • Support testing, training, and go-live activities, ensuring a smooth transition and high user adoption • Troubleshoot post-implementation issues and optimize system performance and reporting What You’ll Bring to the Table • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Project Financials and/or E-Business Suite Projects modules • Deep knowledge of Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants Management, and related subledger accounting • Hands-on experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Grants for research institutions, government, or non-profits (preferred) • Strong understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., fund accounting, indirect costs, sponsor restrictions) • Ability to configure and test integrations with core financials (GL, AP, AR, FA) • Excellent communication and documentation skills for gathering requirements and training users • Oracle Cloud certification in Project Financials or Grants (a plus) Iteria.us offers a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and an employee centric culture.
