Looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM FDI Developer to join our client focused on enhancing their existing Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM reporting environment.
Minimum Years Experience: 6 Years
5 Key Skills Required:
⢠Demonstrated expertise with Oracle FDI tools, with hands-on experience developing and supporting analytics for both ERP and HCM domains.
⢠Ability to document and communicate technical solutions clearly to business stakeholders and IT teams, including user guides and system design documents.
⢠Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle FDI, supporting technology initiatives, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities.
⢠Provide training and support for end users, ensuring adoption and effective use of developed reports and dashboards.
⢠Must be able to work independently in a fully remote environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
⢠Design, develop, and implement reporting solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) across ERP and HCM modules.
⢠Build and maintain custom subject areas, dashboards, semantic models, and reports using FDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, FR, and Smart View.
⢠Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
⢠Lead data integration efforts across Oracle Cloud Applications, leveraging a strong understanding of Oracle ERP and HCM data structures.
⢠Apply data warehouse concepts and reporting best practices to support enterprise decision-making.
