Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Payroll Specialist - Kforce Technology Staffing

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Functional Analyst with expertise in Payroll for a Contract to Hire role that is 100% remote. Summary: The client is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting the implementation and ongoing optimization of the payroll module. This role is hands-on during both the build phase and post go-live, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Provide functional support and configuration expertise for Oracle Cloud Payroll * Collaborate with Payroll teams to resolve issues and support business operations * Participate in testing and troubleshooting during implementation and beyond * Roll out new functionality and maintain system configuration * Identify process improvements and deliver user support REQUIREMENTS: * Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and expertise with the payroll module * Must have been through 1-2 full lifecycle implementations * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to gather requirements and write specifications * Bonus: Experience with PeopleSoft Payroll, ServiceNow, time capture devices The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
