Oracle Cloud Architect – Remote (U.S. Citizen, EST Hours Preferred)
We’re recruiting for a fully remote Oracle Cloud Architect to support a confidential client on a secure, high-priority project.
Due to the nature of the work and client requirements, only U.S. citizens can be considered.
Candidates must also be able to pass a 7–8 year background check.
This position is fully remote within the U.S., but candidates must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours and travel occasionally to Washington, DC as needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and deploy solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Monitor Oracle Cloud environments to ensure performance and SLA compliance
• Develop and manage cloud strategies and implementation plans
• Evaluate and optimize cloud apps, hardware, and software
• Lead infrastructure migrations including bulk application transfers to OCI
• Partner with IT security teams to ensure cloud privacy and compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex OCI issues
• Conduct Proof of Concept workshops and lead architecture discussions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Oracle sales, product, and engineering teams
Must-Haves
• U.S. Citizenship (due to client requirements)
• Ability to pass a 7–8 year background check
• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Washington, DC
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Autonomous Database, Fusion Middleware, ADW
• Experience with Exadata, ODI, GoldenGate
• Security expertise (authentication, object/data-level access)
• Performance tuning and integration of multiple source systems
