Oracle CC&B Tecnical Consultant
Job Summary:
The CC&B Consultant is responsible for analysing, configuring, and implementing Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) software solutions to meet the specific needs of our organization. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide expertise in utility billing and customer service, and ensure the successful deployment and ongoing support of CC&B systems.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠CC&B Implementation: Lead the implementation of CC&B software solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders to define system requirements and configure the software to meet those needs.
⢠System Configuration: Customize CC&B software to align with the organization's billing processes, rates, and customer service requirements.
⢠Data Migration: Assist in the migration of data from legacy systems to the CC&B platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
⢠User Training: Provide training and support to end-users, including customer service representatives, billing personnel, and other staff members, to ensure they can effectively use the CC&B system.
⢠System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the CC&B system with other enterprise software, such as CRM, financial systems, and reporting tools.
⢠System Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, patch management, and system maintenance to ensure the CC&B platform's stability and security.
⢠Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues and discrepancies related to billing, customer accounts, and system functionality.
⢠Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
⢠Compliance and Regulation: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to billing and customer care in the utility sector, ensuring that the CC&B system remains compliant.
⢠Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

⢠Strong knowledge of utility billing and customer service processes.
⢠IT and database management skills, including experience with SQL and database queries.
⢠Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
⢠Project management experience is a plus.
Certifications:
⢠Relevant certifications in CC&B or related utility software systems are advantageous.
