Optometrists Needed for Telemedicine ( Remote )

UpScriptHealth is the leading provider of telehealth services for pharmaceutical partners offering medications direct-to-consumer leading to better access and lower cost. Providers in our network, diagnose, treat, and prescribe for dozens of conditions.

Doctor Matrix Medical Group, the physician network also has a tele-optometry platform. Patients will schedule a visit with licensed ECP to discuss eye concerns. ECPs can set their own schedule.

We are actively recruiting high caliber eye care professionals nationwide to join our existing network to provide telemedicine services.

Requirements:
• Doctor of Optometry
• Active license(s) in one of the following states: Arkansas, Maine, N. Carolina, New Mexico, S. Dakota, or W. Virginia

Ideal Candidates
• Familiar with treating patients with common eyelid conditions such as blepharitis, demodex blepharitis, styes and dry eye disease, etc.
• Friendly and compassionate dedicated to providing quality care
• Multi-licensed preferred
• Reliable professionals who can set dedicated hours to conduct visits with patients

Knowledge in the following areas:
• Dry Eye Disease
• Eyelid conditions
• Visual Field Testing

Highlights/Responsibilities
• Set and manage your own schedule (no minimum or maximum hours)
• Patients will schedule visits based on your availability
• Login to our web-based Prescriber Portal to conduct store and forward, audio or video visits
• Full access to view Patient Medical File, Order History and images uploaded to determine best treatment option.

Compensation

Approximately $8-15 per completed consultation

A completed consultation is either an approval or denial of prescription request. There is NO incentive to prescribe.
