If you're flexible, tech-savvy, and love keeping things organized and efficient, we'd love to have you on our team!As our Operations Assistant, you'll support service scheduling, update inventory records, process RMAs, and keep billing data accurate. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to keep everything running like clockwork, this is the perfect role for you!What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers) Enter purchase order and receiver data (quantity, price, and product info) into Inventory System correctly and accurately.Success Metric: Data entered into OrderTime is a 100% match to vendor data (Average of 10-20 purchase orders/receivers a week).Success Metric: Zero additional accounting entries required by the accounting team to correct faulty OrderTime entries. Process and track RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) start to finish, ensuring all vendor returns are fully processed, refunds/credits are received, and the accounting team is notified.Success Metric: Maintain 100% accurate RMA records -with zero corrections needed at month-end (5 RMAs/month with no accounting adjustments). Billing & Data Reconciliation - Review, compare, and modify active user/device counts from a third-party service against our vendor and MSP System (ConnectWise) to ensure billing accuracySuccess Metric: Billing detail reports are reviewed, compared, and updated in ConnectWise by the last day of the month.Success Metric: Zero refunds or credits issued to a client for billing errors based on active users and devices. Create tickets in Managed Services System generated from phone calls and review service tickets marked as completed for quality assuranceSuccess Metric: All service tickets generated through phone calls are in the system immediately (average 5/day).Success Metric: All tickets marked as complete should be closed or escalated to management for review by the end of each day.What We're Looking For (AKA Our Wishlist)

3+ years of experience in data entry, inventory management, billing reconciliation, or similar roles-you know your way around databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems.
Highly adaptable-you can switch between tasks without missing a beat.
Tech-savvy-familiar with (or eager to learn) OrderTime, ConnectWise, Microsoft Excel, and similar platforms.
Detail-obsessed-your work is clean, precise, and error-free.
Organized & methodical-structure, processes, and accuracy are your jam.
Proactive problem solver-you catch and fix issues before they become problems.
