About the position Responsibilities • Prepare quality check sheets. • Proficiently operate and troubleshoot multiple pieces of equipment efficiently. • Perform product changeovers without assistance. • Perform package changeovers without assistance on multiple pieces of equipment. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards. Requirements • Good safety record. • Ability to receive and follow instructions. • Ability to work well and get along with other employees and/or customers. • Good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for drivers. • Ability to pass the Company physical. • Neat appearance. • Self-motivated and capable of learning to operate technical equipment. • Demonstrates alertness and ability to manage several procedures at once in quick repetition. • Accept responsibility for the safe and efficient completion of all clean-up functions. • Ability to communicate mechanical problems to the appropriate personnel without close supervision. • Meet physical requirements of the position.
