Operations/Card Specialist
The primary role of this position is to complete next-level day-to-day tasks in Deposit Operations. The position ensures accurate and timely completion of all daily functions, prioritizing time management due to the repetition of many tasks.
Ā Handles customer inquiries about credit/debit cards, Zelle/TransferNow, and Electronic Banking via phone calls. Additional responsibilities may include resolving other customer issues as needed.
Ā Verifies wires according to bank wire policy and procedures.
Ā Completes End of Day Processing.
Ā Sweeps and indexes daily work for review by Maintenance.
Ā Performs maintenance on EOD scan work from all PVB branches, including stop payments, WSUDS, death notices, and miscellaneous addendums.
Ā Runs daily maintenance queries against daily maintenance records.
Ā Completes Federal Withholding on IRA customers twice weekly.
Ā Monitors the CSS Maintenance Inbox.
Ā Completes Transaction Content Manager (TCM) tasks daily.
Ā Reviews and completes daily CC and debit card reports, including disputes, provisional credits, ATM surcharges, ISA fees, ENFACT reports, etc.
Ā Performs daily Card maintenance from branches and posts CC payments.
Ā Monitors the CSS Card Inbox.
Ā Familiarizes oneself with Regulation E to identify disputes that violate or are appropriate.
Ā Processes Zelle/Transfer Now requests as they arrive.
Ā Works Charge Off Reports.
Ā Completes Levies for IRS/State Levies and County Suggestions.
Ā Updates Rate Sheets.
Ā Maintains Electronic Banking services as requested by retail branches for basic changes, such as port changes, temporary passwords, user unlocks, etc.
Ā Serves as backup for CSS Deposit Operations.
Ā Assists with scanning documents into the Director Archive system during overflow periods.
Ā May be required to support other bank activities.
