The Operations Trainer will also assist with the development and facilitation of training materials for new processes and procedures. Drive Production Associate learning and engagement through development and execution of a standardized training programRESPONSIBILITIESSafely operate all production machinery and manage/update all relevant SOPs.Manually handle cased goods around the manufacturing area.Follow all safety rules and requirements to include proper lockout/tagout procedures and GMP guidelines.Facilitate training for new Operations TEAm members on manufacturing processes including equipment operations, material handling, HPSW, and documentation.Assist in developing innovative production techniques to support OEE goals. Identify and/or develop innovative learning opportunities for HPWS.Partner with the Learning Specialist to develop and evaluate training materials and track compliance and results of Orientation Period and HPWS.Assist maintenance with troubleshooting equipment problems.Responsible for accurately documenting production activities and submitting the required paperwork.Provide coverage for line operators during assigned rest periods, as needed.Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.Uphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.Invest in and is an example of Milo's Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components.Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSApplicants must have related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.All applicants must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.Excellent organizational skills and computer proficiency in MS Office required. Comfort learning additional software preferred.
