Location: Jal, NM (Antelope Draw Facility)
Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 (DOE) + Performance Bonus!
Schedule: Monday through Friday with Occasional Saturdays

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Team Lead to oversee our field operations in Jal, NM. Your Role:

• Lead the daily operations in oilfield waste management and environmental services.

• Supervise the use of heavy equipment, construction tasks, and landfill site operations.

• Work closely with division leadership to develop and implement strategic action plans.

• Perform P&L reviews and efficiently manage labor, materials, and equipment utilization.

• Ensure all operations are compliant with environmental and safety regulations.

• Maintain high standards of customer service, facility maintenance, and operational integrity.

• Take on additional responsibilities as necessary to foster operational success.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in landfill operations, heavy construction, or environmental services.

• A demonstrated ability to lead teams in challenging, physically demanding outdoor environments.

• Experience operating heavy equipment.

• Comfortable working in diverse field conditions (e.g., dust, noise, unpleasant odors, extreme weather).

• Strong technology skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance standards is essential.

• Previous landfill experience is a plus but not mandatory!
