This individual will act as a strategic partner to Services Managers, guaranteeing operational precision, and fostering a productive relationship that supports the lifecycle of service engagements.Ideal candidates will excel in fast-paced environments, demonstrate adeptness in communication and problem-solving, and maintain a balance between process discipline and adaptability. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a liaison among Services, Sales, and clients to support service delivery. • Oversee the full lifecycle of operational engagement and project management activities. • Manage SOWs, ensuring timely and accurate revenue and bolthires recognition. • Coordinate resource fulfillment requests and resolve escalated customer service issues.• Offer data insights to Services Managers and participate in process improvement initiatives. Must-Have Skills: • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities. • Skilled in data analysis and transforming insights into actionable strategies. Industry Experience Required: Experience in services operations, project coordination, or customer engagement is required.
