Primary Skills: Operations (Expert), Service Delivery (Expert), SOW (Advanced), Project Management (Intermediate), Process Improvement (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6 Months Location: -Remote (EST/CST) Pay Range: $27- $32 per hour #LP Job Summary: The Operations Solutions Advisor plays a crucial role in linking Services, Sales, and clients for a company, ensuring the smooth operation and excellence in service delivery. This individual will act as a strategic partner to Services Managers, guaranteeing operational precision, and fostering a productive relationship that supports the lifecycle of service engagements. Ideal candidates will excel in fast-paced environments, demonstrate adeptness in communication and problem-solving, and maintain a balance between process discipline and adaptability. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a liaison among Services, Sales, and clients to support service delivery. • Oversee the full lifecycle of operational engagement and project management activities. • Manage SOWs, ensuring timely and accurate revenue and cost recognition. • Coordinate resource fulfillment requests and resolve escalated customer service issues. • Offer data insights to Services Managers and participate in process improvement initiatives. Must-Have Skills: • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities. • Skilled in data analysis and transforming insights into actionable strategies. Industry Experience Required: Experience in services operations, project coordination, or customer engagement is required. Familiarity with Professional Services Automation tools is preferred, along with a background in implementing process improvement projects and expertise in Power BI and Excel for dashboard creation.
