Operations & Project Manager (E-Commerce + Wholesale) — Long-Term Role
I’m looking for a reliable, highly organized Operations & Project Manager to help run and streamline the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce and wholesale business. This role will start small and grow quickly for the right person. Initial Phase (Probation) • $3/hour • 5 hours per week • 2–4 week trial period • Goal: learn the business, prove reliability, communication, and consistency After Successful Probation • Hours increased • Pay increased significantly based on performance • Long-term fixed monthly salary • Optional commission/bonus on growth, wholesale accounts, and operations milestones I strongly prefer someone who wants a stable, long-term position and is willing to start small while building trust. ⸻ Responsibilities • Manage and organize daily emails • Update Shopify products, pricing, inventory • Assist with wholesale order coordination • Track inventory and restocks • Manage subscriptions and renewals • Support basic import/export logistics • Handle small admin and operational tasks • Weekly KPI reporting and task updates ⸻ Requirements • Excellent English • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Shopify experience (or fast learner) • Proactive, reliable, and consistent • Able to work independently • Looking for long-term growth ⸻ Hours • Start: 5 hrs/week (trial) • Increase after trust is built ⸻ Pay • Start: $3/hr • Increase after probation • Performance-based bonuses and commissions available Apply tot his job
