• * Key Responsibilities
• *** Leadership & Team Development
• ** Lead the fulfillment teams, ensuring accountability and alignment with company goals.
• Assure assertive and collaborative communication with the Client Success Team.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster growth, autonomy, and excellence in performance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees and contractors.
• Maintain a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• * Operations Management
• ** Oversee daily service delivery across SEO, PPC, content, design, and web development teams.
• Forecast capacity needs and allocate resources effectively.
• Develop, document, and continuously improve repeatable systems and processes.
• Ensure operational efficiency through the proper use of mainly Click Up and Slack.
• * Project & Process Oversight
• ** Monitor key initiatives and long-term projects to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Anticipate roadblocks and resolve challenges proactively.
• Track and measure performance using KPIs, sharing progress with the CEO and the leadership team.
• * Strategic Alignment
• ** Partner with the CEO to implement annual and quarterly business plans.
• Align team execution with company mission, vision, and core values.
• Provide insights and recommendations for scaling operations and improving profitability.###
• * Requirements
• ** 4+ years of leadership experience in operations, project management, or agency management.
• Strong organizational and process-driven mindset with proven ability to scale teams.
• Excellent people leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Click Up preferred).
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
• Growth-oriented and motivated by continuous improvement.

Skills:
• ** Prior experience in a marketing agency environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, website design, etc.).
• Business or operations-related degree.###
