Why This Role Matters
The Operations Intake Coordinator I – Data Entry Specialist is a pivotal member of the Data Entry Team. Enter, photocopy, scan, and digitally archive inter‑office correspondence using the designated workflow system.
Maintain meticulous records, filing structures, and processing documentation to support audit trails and compliance requirements.
Extract and input pertinent medical information from source documents into arenaflex’s proprietary software platforms, verifying accuracy and completeness.
Conduct data validation and perform corrective actions, including flagging erroneous entries, initiating rescans, and communicating findings to requestors.
Update and manage tasks within WorkFront or comparable project‑management tools to reflect real‑time status and progress.
Collaborate independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines and production standards.
Assist teammates—whether in‑office or remote—by reallocating workload, cross‑training, and supporting business‑driven priorities.
Partner with other functional departments on cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization.
Perform incident investigations, document root causes, and propose process improvements to reduce future errors.
Engage in additional duties as assigned, such as participating in special projects, contributing to continuous‑improvement teams, and supporting peak‑season workloads.
