Job Description
The Operations Group Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple functional teams, ensuring that business goals are consistently met through efficient process management and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities
Lead remote operational teams and manage group-wide priorities across multiple departments.
Develop and execute operational strategies to support business objectives.

Create and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) across teams.
Ensure alignment between departments including customer success, logistics, and administration.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop operational goals and reporting structures.
Drive project execution, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee budget planning and resource allocation within operational teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing remote or distributed teams.
Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with operational tools and platforms (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).
Ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
Results-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
