Our client, a leading manufacturing firm, is seeking a strategic and experienced Operations Director to oversee all aspects of their manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US , offers a hybrid work model, balancing essential on-site leadership with remote strategic planning and analysis. You will be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, driving cost reductions, ensuring product quality, and managing the entire supply chain from procurement to delivery.
