Operations Data Analyst, New Accounts

**Overview** LPL Financial is seeking an experienced Operations Data Analyst, New Accounts to support the transformation and automation of New Accounts operations. This individual will play a key role in developing and analyzing the backlog of solution opportunities and their priority, as well as assisting management with project scope, testing, and oversight. **Responsibilities** • Provide data and analytical support for New Accounts Operations • Assess areas of improvement using data analysis, flow charts, for the transformation of current operations functions • Participate and provide feedback in product increment planning activities and capacity planning • Develop and analyze solution opportunities to meet department goals • Communicate with critical business partners as the NAO representative for requirements and transparency of transformation efforts • Build and deliver statistical reporting of required department reports that consist of daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc requests • Act as a resource to the department and apply complex knowledge of the overall account opening and maintenance process for inquiries received from internal stakeholders and vendors • Evaluate and make data-driven optimization recommendations to the senior leadership team • *Qualifications** • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field or minimum of 3 years relevant experience in financial service operations • 3+ Years of business systems analysis or business process design experience or a combination of both • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel) • Solid experience in presentation and excellent verbal/written communications • *Benefits** • Competitive pay range: $23.89-$39.81/hour • Comprehensive Total Rewards package, including 401K matching, health benefits, employee stock options, paid time off, volunteer time off, and more • Opportunity to work for a leading wealth management firm with a strong reputation and growth opportunities • Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a focus on innovation and excellence • Access to cutting-edge resources and training to help you succeed in your career • Opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the success of our clients and business partners Apply tot his job
