The duties of an Operations Clerk include excellent admin skills/customer service manner and/or correspondence in a fast paced trucking/transportation environment.
Providing admin excellence regarding:
• Data Entry
• Scanning documents
• Filing documents
• Answering Phones
• Dealing with Drivers
Essential Functions
• Previous data entry experience within the trucking/transportation industry a plus
• Previous customer service experience within the trucking/transportation industry a plus
• High volume data entry from external customers
• High School diploma /GED required
• 1-2 years experience in a trucking/transportation office environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Work independently or in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned
Days/Hours of Work:
• Part-Time
• 9:00am to 2:00pm
