They are seeking an Operations and Client Success Coordinator to manage client relationships, ensure project execution, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for a selection of corporate clients (typically HR leaders and benefits brokers)Join client calls and ensure clear, timely follow-upRespond to client questions same day whenever possibleProactively anticipate needs so clients do not have to askDeliver a white-glove experience from start to finishEnsure nothing slips through the cracksCoordinate scheduling and logistics for on-site and virtual experiencesEnsure coaches and facilitators are booked, confirmed, and preparedManage pre-event details so execution runs smoothlyMaintain and update CRMSupport email communications, forms and contentSkills1–4 years in client success, account management, project management, or similarHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong communicator (written and verbal)Fast, responsive, and reliableProactive and resourcefulComfortable managing multiple priorities at onceHigh ownership mindsetExperience with HR, wellness, or benefits-related workStartup or service-based business experienceBenefitsPotential for equity as the company grows (not guaranteed)Company OverviewAt Wunsupona, our mission is to spark curiosity and engagement in health.
