Operations Analyst - Financial Services - Boston

The Analyst role involves working on projects within the Post Trade Services team, providing support and gaining exposure to various areas of the Financial Services Industry. Responsibilities Ensure the client is set up to trade with relevant and accurate data matched with signed agreements (Defaults/pricing/commissions etc.) Transactional reporting - Investigation of breaks / resolution of breaks impacting regulatory reporting Monitoring trades / work with desk to ensure trade flows downstream Answering queries from the clients BAU usually consist of trades related queries from clients, Trade settlements, booking of conversion trades / transfers Liaising with external and internal stakeholders (i.e: settlement team, asset servicing team, conversion team) Skills Relevant Bachelor's degree within a Finance or Banking-related field Internship experience within Finance or Banking A valid work authorization for the US is mandatory Are passionate about solving complex problems Have excellent attention to detail Have In-depth knowledge of Excel Are articulate, collaborative, and communicate effectively Are self-motivated with high levels of resilience, enthusiasm, and drive for success within an entrepreneurial business Are committed and not afraid of new challenges Enjoy changing environments that provide multiple learning opportunities Company Overview Delta Capita is an International business & technology consultancy and managed services provider It is a sub-organization of PRYTEK.
