Key Responsibilities: Driving Operational Excellence Analyze existing procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase revenue and production. Evaluate operations procedures and processes, applying statistical analysis, simulations, and predictive modeling to inform decision-making. Develop and recommend new procedures, strategies, and policies to drive efficiency and growth. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the curve. Perform operations analysis for various technologies and projects, preparing detailed reports on workflow research and improvements. Compare processes with industry standards and best practices, creating company standards and reporting structures. Conduct internal audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Develop workflows to increase production and revenue, and stand in for open Plant Manager positions or coverage for Plant Manager absences. The Ideal Candidate: Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Masters degree preferred). 3-5 years of experience in operations and manufacturing environments. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze large, complex data sets using various software and tools. Database administration skills and resources. Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. Goal-oriented, organized team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills and Competencies: Ability to mentor and lead teams, with a positive and encouraging attitude. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with all levels of management. Attention to detail, with the ability to translate data and statistics into actionable insights. Experience with process improvement initiatives and change management.
