They deliver liquidity expertise, settlement rails, and advanced technology solutions that enable counter parties to participate in the digital asset market in a fully regulated and compliant manner. This role sits at the core of their operational engine, supporting daily trading activities and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial and transactional data. About the Role: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and disciplined Operations Analyst (Backoffice) to support daily trading operations, data analysis, and reconciliation processes. This person will analyze trading data and liquidity trends, execute and reconcile transactions, manage wallet balances, and ensure the accurate daily close of operational activities. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and passionate about the digital asset industry. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct data analysis on trade activity, market trends, and liquidity curves. • Initiate and execute trades using the proprietary trading platform. • Enter precise trade details, including asset type, quantity, and order specifications. • Review and reconcile wallet information to ensure accurate balances and transaction histories. • Process withdrawals in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements. • Perform routine balance checks to maintain account integrity. • Keep senior management informed of key transactions, operational issues, and client-related matters. • Generate and analyze reports on trading activity, balances, and operational metrics. • Collaborate with the compliance team to resolve compliance-related inquiries. • Support daily operational close processes with accuracy and efficiency. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or Engineering (graduating seniors welcome). • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and compare data with precision. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective internal collaboration. • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including complex data manipulation. • Familiarity with digital assets, cryptocurrency, and related technologies (preferred but not required). • Highly disciplined, organized, and methodical approach to tasks and workflows. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in operations, backoffice, reconciliation, or trading environments. • Familiarity with financial platforms or digital asset systems. • Experience in fintech or digital asset industries.
