Start date: August, 2025 Contract type: Full-time, Contractor Work hours: 7.30am – 3.30pm PST – Remote ️ What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and maintain disaster recovery (DR) strategies that ensure compliance and stability for new product releasesCollaborate with IT, Engineering, and Product teams to define and embed resilience requirements across digital transformation initiatives (automation, cloud, virtualization)Design and lead exercises and simulations (e.g., tabletop, event response) to validate response capabilities and identify improvement areasDrive cross-functional coordination of training and resiliency drills across business units, measuring preparedness and reporting insightsConduct BIAs and TIAs to assess technical and business impacts, aligning with evolving risk profilesMaintain and support tools used for business continuity and resiliency planning (e.g., Fusion Framework)Contribute to audit preparation and compliance for certifications like SOC2 and ISO 27001✅ What You Need to SucceedMust-haves4+ years of experience in enterprise resiliency, business continuity, or operational risk managementSolid technical foundation in infrastructure, SaaS tools, and storage/cloud architectureStrong project management skills with ability to drive cross-functional alignment and reportingAnalytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and visualizationExcellent communication skills and stakeholder management across business and technical teamsAdvanced English (written and spoken)Availability to work in North American time zonesNice-to-havesCertified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), MBCP, CRISC or similarFamiliarity with industry-standard BCM tools like Fusion FrameworkExperience supporting SOC2 / ISO 27001 auditsBackground in IT security policy frameworks or corporate IT governanceKnowledge of DR architecture, resilience KPIs, and training frameworks Our Recruitment ProcessHere’s what to expect from our candidate-friendly interview process:Initial Interview – 60 minutes with Talent AcquisitionCulture Fit – 30 minutes with Team Engagement ManagerFinal Stage – 60 minutes with the Hiring Manager (Technical Interview) Why Join Launchpad?We believe that great work starts with great people.
