Operational Readiness Associate Consultant
Operational Readiness Associate Consultant No Corp-to-Corp 100% Remote 5+ Month Contract No 3rd Parties Start Date: ASAP Scope: • Design and execute network readiness initiatives from project initiation through full operational deployment. • Apply operational best practices and identify opportunities for improvement. • Partner with client executives and client lead consultants, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing communication across all levels. • Identify potential roadblocks, develop contingency plans, and ensure alignment with standards during technology transitions. • Create training plans, review materials, and collaborate with technical writers to produce essential documentation. • Establish KPIs and SLAs for new technologies, design measurement procedures, and implement compliance reporting. Skills: Must Have • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability • Strong understanding of network operations and infrastructure • Stakeholder influencing and relationship building • Risk management expertise • Project planning and execution Skills: Nice to have • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or related field • 3+ years of experience in network operations or consulting • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL) • Familiarity with operational readiness frameworks and tools Pay: $25.00 - $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
