We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.About The RoleEliseAI is looking for an Onsite Trainer to provide in-person, interactive training experiences for our clients as they adopt our products. You will work closely with the Director of Operations as part of the customer education team to develop and execute comprehensive live training programs and workshops tailored to the needs of EliseAI customers. This role requires a blend of customer-facing interactions, content creation, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to gathering and incorporating client feedback.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver tailored, interactive live sessions and workshops for new and existing customers, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our products and how to leverage them effectivelyWork closely with customers to develop a deep understanding of their workflows and onsite operations, and customize workshop content based on their unique needsCollect and synthesize customer feedback and onsite team pain points into actionable feedback for internal teams such as training, customer success, and productProactively seek feedback from customers throughout the training, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address any gaps or challengesCollaborate with cross functional teams to ensure training workshops meet the needs of customersStay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer training and onboarding, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our approach and deliver exceptional experiencesAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamTravel: Must be able to travel up to 75% of the timeMove at rocket speed, build something massive.We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. Experience in the multifamily industry as a trainer, coach, or onsite team member is a plusExperience translating customer education resources into live, interactive training for diverse audiencesWillingness to travel up to 75% of the time to conduct in-person training sessions with clientsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable mannerTechnical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate expertise in our products or servicesProven ability to build rapport with customers and establish trusted advisor relationshipsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectivelyWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
