47 units apartment building in North Hollywood looking for a full-time resident manager. Must live on the premises. We offer a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment as compensation. Candidate must have reliable transportation and computer skills to write reports and interface with vendors and the corporate office.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years prior on-site property management experience
- Highly organized
- Good communication skills
- Light maintenance experience
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
- Demonstrate integrity on a personal as well as professional level.
- Must have strong attention to detail
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning of common duties in a safe and efficient manner
- Take the necessary steps to ensure both the appearance and physical integrity of the property
- Ensure any vacant unit is presentable for showing at all times
- Create work orders to correct unsafe conditions; broken gates, broken steps, open holes, water leaks, broken/burned-out exterior lights
- Relay information regarding property operations or conditions that could constitute a physical or liability hazard
- Performs any additional duties assigned by the Property Supervisor
