Responsibilities
Ā Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support.

Ā Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities.

Ā Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and set personalized evidence-based goals.

Ā Empower customers to become active participants in their own health outcomes.

Ā Assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health.

Ā Lead and support various health and wellness promotional activities, including group coaching and health-related seminars.

Ā Perform biometric screenings, including finger sticks, blood pressure, and body composition.
,
Ā Utilize biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to improve clinical outcomes.
,
Ā Support health-related site events such as open enrollment and health fairs.
Requirements
Ā Strong clinical skills with at least 3 years of experience in health coaching, health education, and health promotion.

Ā Bilingual in Spanish is a requirement.
,
Ā Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; Master's degree preferred.
,
Ā Registered Dietitian (preferred) licensed in respective state.
,
Ā Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification.
,
Ā High energy level with dynamic presentation skills.
,
Ā Positive role model demonstrating healthy behaviors.

Ā Passion for health improvement.

Ā Ability to work independently and maintain a customer-centric focus.

Ā Proven administrative abilities with strong computer and software application skills.
