The ITM Teller provides real-time transaction assistance to members from a centralized location through video transmission via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). This role performs a variety of financial transactions to serve Suncoast Credit Union members. An ideal candidate is comfortable, professional, and friendly on camera.
Responsibilities
Ā Process a variety of financial transactions including, but not limited to, deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals
Ā Ensure proper endorsements and identification are obtained to follow credit union policies and procedures
Ā Utilize various software programs concurrently to complete transactions and communicate with multiple members simultaneously
Ā Provide a high level of professional and courteous service while observing due diligence for the validity of the transactions
Ā Perform end-of-day balancing
Ā Adhere to security, audit, and compliance requirements
Ā Support credit union expansion by recognizing opportunities to promote products to improve the financial lives of Suncoast members
Ā Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge
Ā Complete annual BSA/AML compliance training and understands employee's role in maintaining an effective BSA/AML compliance program
Ā Complete FACT Act Red Flag training
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā 6+ months of experience in customer service or a similar position
Ā Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Ā Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines
Ā Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management
Ā Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
Ā Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators
Ā Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Ā Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
