4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback online.
6. Assist with the development and maintenance of online support resources and documentation.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and online support best practices.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in online customer support or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Confident in engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Excellent planning and research skills.
6. Proficiency in basic computer applications and online platforms.
7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
