Key Responsibilities
Ā Manage product listings by updating descriptions, prices, and stock levels.
Ā Process customer orders accurately and ensure they are shipped on time.
Ā Answer customer questions through email, chat, or phone, and resolve any issues quickly.
Ā Work with the marketing team to run promotions and boost product visibility.
Ā Check the website regularly and report any problems or improvements needed.
Ā Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are processed and delivered smoothly.
Ā Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.

Requirements
Ā Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ā Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service
Ā Ability to collaborate with other departments.
Ā Proficiency in Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and strong typing skills
Ā Basic Computer Skills and familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) are preferred.
