Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and partners, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate the setup and deployment of new client accounts, providing initial and ongoing training and support to ensure seamless onboarding
Provide first-level troubleshooting and support services, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the eTrigue Platform and standard practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance product features, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients
Communicate effectively with clients and management, providing regular updates on issue status, and ensuring prompt resolution of concerns
Requirements:
Technically inclined, with a strong understanding of digital concepts and marketing automation principles
Outstanding people and customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A logic-minded approach to problem-solving, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with WebEx or other online collaboration tools, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PPT (light HTML a plus)
A college degree in marketing, business, computer science, web development, or a related field, with 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related role
