Job description: As an Online Product Lister, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our online product listings captivate customers and drive sales. Leveraging your expertise in merchandising techniques; you'll curate visually appealing displays, incorporating elements such as fixture blocking, lighting, and staging. Additionally, you'll support various e-commerce activities, including product evaluation, sorting, pricing, and providing customer service through phone and email contact.Primary Responsibilities:
Uphold and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. (ESGWND)
Provide professional and courteous communication with customers and team members
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
Utilize computer skills for internet research and Microsoft Office applications
Apply knowledge of e-commerce fundamentals to optimize online sales strategies
Collaborate with the E-Commerce/Commodities Manager to establish and maintain visual standards
Troubleshoot merchandising issues and adjust displays to maximize visual impact
Assist in evaluating and sorting jewelry items, including identification of precious metals and gems
Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and packaging sold items
Understand and contribute to e-commerce sales goals, planning and executing daily tasks to drive success
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work and storage areas
Fulfill other duties as assigned to support the overall mission
Qualifications:
Have a high school or general education degree (GED)
