Job Description
Come aboard as an Online Research Analyst entrusted with the task of gathering information about specific companies and (former) employees, aligning them with suitable job openings for clients and potential clients.
Duties:
Monitoring Technology Stacks and Organizational Frameworks
Monitoring Employee and Departmental Staffing Levels
Tracking Employee Movements Pre and Post-Departure
Mapping and Aligning Talent and Skills with Suitable Positions
Qualifications
Qualified candidates for the position of Online Research Analyst will possess both business and technology expertise, in addition to fulfilling the fundamental prerequisites.
Prerequisite Qualifications:
Access to consistent high-speed Internet is essential.
The ability to work entirely remotely is required.
Ownership of a contemporary laptop and/or desktop computer is mandatory.
Enthusiasm for thriving in a high-performance-oriented setting is necessary.
Exceptional proficiency in English communication is a must.
