Salary : $21.00 - 24.00 per hour based on experience. Tuition Reimbursement Plan Other voluntary plans are available to support you and your family Career growth opportunities in a supportive environment What You’ll Do The Online PrEP Coordinator supports CAN Community Health’s virtual PrEP program by ensuring accurate patient onboarding, clinical documentation coordination, laboratory and pharmacy workflow management, and ongoing patient engagement. This role promotes efficient operations, patient-centered communication, and continuity of care within the online PrEP model. The Coordinator serves as a primary operational liaison between patients and interdisciplinary teams to enhance access, retention, and satisfaction. Upon new patient registration, verify that all required consents, demographic information, guarantor details, and required assessments are fully completed and documented in the electronic health record (EHR). Review and assign the appropriate pharmacy in the EHR based on program protocols and regional pharmacy guidance prior to the patient’s scheduled appointment. Conduct structured counseling for established patients requesting transfer to the Online PrEP program, clearly explaining program differences and limitations, and support informed, patient-centered decision-making to ensure alignment with individual care needs. Perform comprehensive chart preparation for all PrEP visits, ensuring required documentation, laboratory results, and provider-directed actions are available prior to the appointment. Requirements Education/Professional: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field preferred. Relevant healthcare or patient coordination experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver’s license.
