You will be expected to teach and contribute to at least two of the following subject areas: Finance Human Resource Management (HR) Information Systems Academic Skills Research Skills Marketing Key Responsibilities Delivering lectures, seminars, and workshops aligned to module specifications Updating and maintaining engaging digital learning content via VLE and MS Teams Supporting student assessment and providing timely, constructive feedback Advising students on academic and pastoral matters, referring where appropriate Participating in moderation, standardisation, and academic quality assurance Contributing to curriculum development and enhancement of the student experience What We’re Looking For Essential: A Master’s degree in Business or a related field Demonstrable experience teaching Business topics in a higher education setting Excellent communication and digital teaching skills Ability to develop innovative learning materials and manage hybrid delivery Commitment to inclusivity and student centred learning Desirable: Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one PhD in Business or equivalent industry experience Fellowship of Advance HE (or eligibility) Experience with Business research, enterprise activity, or professional networks What We Offer A diverse and inclusive academic environment Opportunities for professional development and progression Involvement in curriculum innovation and scholarship Supportive leadership and collegiate team culture Working Hours & Flexibility Schedule may include daytime, evenings and weekends hours around your availabilite Apply Now!
