Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging online lessons to undergraduate and graduate students
Facilitate and moderate online classroom forums, promoting cognitive presence, teaching presence, and social presence
Evaluate and grade students' assignments, providing constructive feedback to support learning and success
Participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with discipline-specific knowledge
Collaborate with colleagues to support APUS initiatives and departments
Requirements:
Master's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution
College-level teaching experience; online teaching experience preferred
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn
RHIA certification preferred
