What You’ll Do ✨ Lead Change Initiatives Spearhead creative transformation strategies for fully remote and hybrid teams as a trusted virtual change enablement advisor. Coach Leaders and Teams Offer engaging coaching to help stakeholders adopt and embrace transformation. Enable teams to develop capabilities and resilience to effectively thrive. Develop Change Frameworks Design tailored transformation models using proven methodologies—and a little magic. Adapt frameworks to different cultures and industries. Measure Progress Define KPIs and track adoption, impact, and overall culture shifts. Use data storytelling to drive action. Facilitate Remote Workshops Conduct engaging, high-impact virtual workshops with interactive Miro boards, breakout rooms, and gamified challenges. Drive Global Engagement Work with companies across time zones and industries using tech-powered communication tools. What You Bring Proven Experience 5+ years in organizational change, business transformation, or people consulting, ideally in remote strategy advisor roles. Educational Background Degree in Psychology, Business, HR, Organizational Behavior, or related fields. Certifications in change management are a plus. Creative Thinker Approach transformation as a human-centered journey, using behavioral science, storytelling, and humor. ️ Methodology Mastery Familiarity with ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, or custom change formulas. Emphasis on adaptive over rigid application. Remote Collaboration Skills Proficiency with Zoom, Miro, Slack, Notion, Trello, and other tools. Maintain engagement in virtual environments. Strong Communicator Convey complex change concepts clearly. Use motivational and digestible communication.
